Working from our modern Mile End offices, and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be an enthusiastic part of our highly efficient finance team.
About the role   You will be involved in a variety of tasks including high volume accounts payable administration, bookkeeping, assisting in Bank Reconciliation and maintaining other administrative processes.
Reporting and working closely with the Finance Manager; key responsibilities of the role include: Accounts Payable / Receivable Processing overheads and invoices Processing general ledger journals Managing internal and external accounts queries Petty cash reconciliations and reimbursements Reporting Daily receipting Reconciling the bank account and credit cards End of month processes, including month end roll Working within the account related software programs   About you   This role will be ideal for a suitably experienced Accounting professional (ideally with building industry experience), or a university graduate looking to kickstart their finance career.
Desirable attributes include but are not limited to:  Strong analytical and numerical skills, high level of accuracy, and motivation to learn.
