We are currently looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to work fulltime in our Mackay Office.This role is broad and would ideally suit an Administration all-rounder who is looking for a challenge in a fast-paced business. We require someone with exceptional communication skills, advanced level Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage a varying workload due to multiple reporting departments.Duties include:General office administrationPayroll ReconciliationDebtor InvoicingMaintain Company RegistersAttend and Minute Meetings as requiredKeep Company procedures/forms/policies up to dateExperience/ Qualifications:5 years in previous Administration rolesFinance; Business or Administration Diploma - preferredPrevious experience with MYOBThis role is a permanent full-time position and will report to the Commercial Manager.
