Fifo Safety Advisor

The Position The continual improvement of our safety management system.
Providing specialist safety advice and support to our operational teams.
Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance.
Conducting regular safety interactions.
Ensuring safety compliance and supporting investigations.
Working a 8 day on 6 day off roster - 12 hour days.
The Person Experience in Safety Advisory positions, having held responsibility for delivering overall HSEQ support. Strong and decisive safety leadership skills with ability to engage stakeholders. Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships, effectively bringing people along the site safety journey. Highly developed skills in communication, presentations and reporting. Certificate IV in WH&S. CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) Training also highly desirable, but not essential.
