We are seeking Trade Qualified, WA Licenced Plumbers looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time basis.
We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote WA sites, on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster.
You'll be joining a small but established team conducting accommodation maintenance across this 400 Room Camp located out of Karratha.
This position is available for WA-based applicants.
DIDO options available for applicants living in Karratha.
THE POSITION Reporting directly to Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential services in a remote mining accommodation environmentJoining a small but established Maintenance team of 10 across Crew A & BRepair and maintain plumbing across the site including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Kitchen, Laundry, Bathrooms & OfficesInstall pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets etc.Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaksPrioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines.
Actively manage and meet response timesAdditional Allowances available such as On Call, 3 Hour min.
Call Outs, Contractor/Nominee allowance, Dual Trade, Leading Hand etc.THE PERSON Current WA Plumbing Licence or working towardsFull C Class Drivers Licence, White CardNational Police Clearance within 12 monthsPrevious FIFO or remote work experience highly regardedPass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol ScreeningTHE BENEFITS PPE, Chef-Made Meals, Flights & Resort Style Accommodation includedSite based recreation amenities including Gym, Outdoor basketball courtsJoin a small, established maintenance team.
