We are expanding our workforce due to growth in our Surface drilling operations and are currently taking applications for a Field Trainer with a strong commitment to Health & Safety and teamwork. This is an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.
Responsibilities: Support our surface coring drilling services team with ongoing training and assessment of crew.Active participation in development of training materials for the surface coring workforce.Work closely with supervisors and Perth Operations team to quantify and address training needs.FIFO role (8:6 ideally) – occasional travel to support operations across the East Coast of Australia.A few things we're looking for: Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment.Previous experience in a field-based training role.5+ years industry experience (experience in drilling highly desirable).Able to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance.All candidates will be required to submit a recent National Police Clearance and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical.
