The role involves the Installation, upgrading, and replacement of metering equipment, as well as the regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration of metering systems in the field.
Along with this, troubleshooting technical issues related to meter reading equipment, connectivity, and data transmission and providing technical support to field supervisors, remote support teams and customer service representatives.
