About The Opportunity
Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking a Hydraulic Field Service Technician to join our high performance team, located in Richlands QLD 4077.
No day is the same as a field service technician with us. This role will see you working across a broad range of industrial sectors, providing breakdown and diagnostics support on hydraulic systems and equipment used in fixed plant and mobile equipment.
Your responsibilities in this role will include;
Attend site and conduct initial diagnosis and assessment Determine what action is required to get the machine operational and initiate the corrective action, which may involve repair or replacement Undertake site installations and commissioning of new systems Provide routine preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipment Perform allocated work within the workshop, which will include cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testing Perform work safely and comply with WHS procedures.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
Relevant trade qualifications (ie Diesel, Auto, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter) Hydraulic Field Service experience with the ability to prepare clear and concise service reports Hydraulic overhaul and diagnostics experience and the ability to interpret hydraulic circuits (desirable) Flexibility to work overtime and on weekend call-out rosters when required Valid Driver's Licence and demonstrated safety first mindset A desire to grow and develop a long standing career within the Berendsen Fluid Power business.
