Field Service Supervisor

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Field Service Supervisor is accountable for the ownership of the customer experience by providing the complete customer care experience regarding WesTrac service, repair, and general service provision queries in relation to the allocated area of service/equipment.
The role is accountable for ensuring effective work order management and department performance to achieve WesTrac's targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar, customer, and WesTrac requirements.
Location: Bunbury
Roster: (9D / 5O or 10D / 4O) Permanent Full-Time
