We are currently seeking a Field Service Manager to join our team in Muswellbrook, NSW. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities of all Epiroc resources in Muswellbrook, NSW and Gympie, QLD region. Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to: Managing the service operations with an emphasis on providing exceptional service to our clients Managing activities to meet business needs Field service, workshop planning, and execution Parts and service forecasting, planning and delivery Customer service management and operational reporting Developing and maintaining a safe, productive culture, compliance with OHS, Quality & Environment policies of Epiroc as well as our customers' To be successful in this position you will need to have the following attributes: Relevant experience in the mining maintenance industry Effective people management and professional customer service skills Proficient oral and written communication skills High level of computer literacy Self-motivated About Epiroc Epiroc Australia is part of a large global company that operates in 150 countries, employs over 13,000 people worldwide.
