We are seeking a trade qualified Field Service Diesel Technician to join our William Adams team based out of our Horsham branch . This is a full-time permanent position, working a 5 x 2 (Monday - Friday) roster. If you enjoy the challenge of delivering outstanding customer service and problem solving, while ensuring value for money for our customers, this could be a perfect fit for you. Your typical day will include: Onsite technical troubleshooting and fault finding including; diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Cat equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and engines Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customers Compiling and completing accurate reporting Working autonomously to manage your time and maximise efficiency Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Liaising with our internal service and parts department Maintaining a William Adams service vehicle ABOUT YOU To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Be a qualified Diesel Technician with extensive experience with Caterpillar machines (or similar) Be able to service customers and their equipment to a very high standard Have advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with Cat computer diagnostics knowledge (great to have) A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures Hold a current Drivers and Light Rigid Licence (heavy vehicle licence is also highly regarded) Proven ability to be self-motivated and to work unsupervised WHAT IS ON OFFER?...
