The Opportunity: SMS Mining Services is looking for experienced Auto Electrician with Field Service experience for projects located throughout Western Australia. Pay Rate: $80.00p/h Fulltime + Super on All Hours + Company Vehicle Rosters Available: 8:6, 2:1 or 2:2 Role Located: Traveling to various sites in company Ute to visit our clients in WA. About the role: On-site installation, commissioning and technical support for Caterpillar Product Link & Vision Link on SMS Mining's mobile equipment fleet. Plan and conduct maintenance activities including troubleshooting, system inspections, performance testing, component replacement and clear communication of outcomes General Auto electrical work on mobile plant Travel to sites located in Pilgangoora and Kalgoorlie. What we are looking for: Australian Recognized Automotive Electrician Trade Certificate (Essential) Air Conditioning License (Essential) Valid C Class Manual Drivers Licence (Essential) Current National Police Clearance or willing to obtain (within the last 6 months). Previous experience in the mining industry in a similar role. Experience with installing & maintaining Caterpillar Product Link & Vision Link Ability to read electrical & hydraulic schematics Excellent diagnostic & problem solving skills Able to work independently without supervision, as well as in a team environment.
