As part of the Reporting & Insights Crew within Financial Crime, we are part of wider program that is responsible for ensuring our regulatory reporting obligations are met. We are also monitoring of transactions are improved and enhanced to become leading practice in disrupting financial crimes.
You will be embedded inside scrum teams and will contribute to the management of the test activities in support of projects, (including complex and challenging projects and programs) delivered across multiple platform delivery teams. Through your continuous improvement you will further enhance the test engineering capability which will advance our Continuous Delivery capability.
We're interested in hearing from people who Have solid hands-on experience in leading the design, development and rollout of large-scale test harnesses, frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to enable test automation, CI/CD and code qualityAre confident creating patterns for well-engineered, scalable, and reliable tests, setting a solid example for other engineersAre knowledgeable building and integrating solution to provide test dataPride themselves in leading the implementation of standardised metrics and reporting providing insightsAre confident analysing and translating business requirements and functional specifications into testing requirementsSolid hands- on experience and knowledge in the application of end-user technologies and business processesHave a great understanding of software delivery practices and lifecyclesAre constantly liaising with various stakeholders Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
