The role is responsible to ensure risk identification and controls, incidents and tenant/client/customer issues are managers as per the agreed processes.
Position Responsibilities Lead & manage field team members to deliver the works program(s) - supporting the workforce, the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and the Service Delivery Centre in managing reactive & corrective maintenance activities Provide oversight and supervision (where required) to subcontractor works at allocated sites Maintain a good working and collaborative relationship with the key client regional stakeholders Ensure that all contractors and staff comply with the Work Instructions (WIs), Method of Procedures (MOPs) or plans provided by the TFO SOW's Project Managers to eliminate the likelihood of any Service Disruptions Deliver in accordance with the requirements of the TFO as defined by each SOW Implement change management initiatives where required Required Skills and Experience To be successful in your application your experience will ideally include: Electrical and/or trades qualification (or significant field-based experience in telecommunication power) Project Management qualification (Fundamentals or Cert IV) desirable Experience working within an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environment Experience working within a Telstra in a ticket-of-work environment preferred Track record of constructive & effective client relationship management with client operational representatives About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
