CLM Farm Services is seeking a full-time Macadamia nut Farm Supervisor to join their dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day farming operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the farm.
What you'll be doing Supervising the work of farm workers and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.Monitoring crop growth and health.Maintaining detailed records of farm activities, including productivity, inventory, and equipment maintenance.Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise on the farm in a timely manner.Collaborating with the operations manager to develop and implement strategies for improving farm operations.Ensuring the farm complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Be responsible for irrigation and fertigation of the orchard.What we're looking for Experience within the horticulture industry.Technical knowledge and understanding of farming practices and equipment.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the farming sector.A passion for sustainable and efficient farming practices.A genuine interest in soil and tree health.What we offer At CLM Farm Services PTY LTD, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
