Responsibilities As a Family Support Practitioner at CTC, you will be a key player in our Family and Child Connect program, connecting vulnerable families to essential support services. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing advice, information, assessments, and referrals to families in needWorking with primary caregivers to address issues from a holistic family perspectiveSupporting families facing complex challenges such as domestic violence, mental health issues, substance abuse, and moreBuilding strong professional relationships and knowledge of available support services in the regionOffering guidance and information to professionals seeking support for their clientsQualifications and Experience We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field and experience working with vulnerable families. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex family dynamics and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people in need.
Salary & Benefits This position is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHCADS) at Level 4, with a salary of $85,126.08 - $91,587.60 p.a. plus not for profit salary packaging.
