Salary: $155,000 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging (potential $10k regional allowance)
Join a large, established Not For Profit provider as our Facility Manager at our home in Nowra.
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations, ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the facility's daily operations.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.Collaborate with the Care Manager and Care Staff to deliver exceptional resident care.Work closely with the Regional Educator and Quality Manager to enhance staff training and quality assurance initiatives.About You:Proven experience in facility management, within the aged care sector.Strong leadership and communication skills.A passion for delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.If you are ready to take on this rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you!
