We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join a large Aged Care Provider in Ballarat.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse with AHPRA - DIV 1
Demonstrated leadership skills within the Aged Care industry
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI and auditing
Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
Superior communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
Genuine passion for the aged care industry
Police clearance or willingness to undergo one
