This role is responsible for the day to day administrative functions and the coordination of services in relation to the Facilities Services contract including the allocation of work orders, reporting, invoicing and customer interface. Key Responsibilities: Maintains service delivery data in the relevant work order management system. Processes and record financial transactions for the contract, including invoicing and payment of accounts. Monitors progress and anticipated completion date for all service requests. Effectively communicates with customers where required and support the service delivery team in maximising customer satisfaction. Actively identifies hazards in the workplace and implement corrective action. Monitors and reports all instances of team member/subcontractor non-compliance. About You: To be successful in this role, you will be driven and organized ideally with a background in facility maintenance.
