Facilities ManagerWork across three Commercial buildings

About youFacilities management experience preferably within a commercial asset. Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry preferred.Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders with strong communication skills.Attention to detail and comfortable using systems and technology.A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.Who we areAt CBRE, our people enjoy the opportunity of working in a global real estate and property services organisation with tremendous scale.
