Key Responsibilities Oversee and develop the budget, ensuring revenue targets are met and expenses remain within allocated limits while seeking cost-saving initiatives. Foster and maintain relationships with contractors and stakeholders throughout projects. Ensure compliance with SA EPA Licence conditions and the approved Management Plan in all facility operations. Supervise the preventative & reactive maintenance for the facility. Strategically plan and manage site operations regarding classification and stockpile procedures to maximize stock volume for storage. Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and service providers. Oversee inventory compliance. Spearhead ad hoc project management. Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or relevant professional experience, i.e. Facilities Management with a sustainability component. Knowledge of EPA guidelines and Waste classification ideal. Strong written & verbal communication skills as you will be communicating with several government bodies amongst other stakeholders.
