What this opportunity involves: Responsibility for the overall delivery of IFM Facilities Management services across a number the Clients Portfolio, including managing the JLL FM team, vendor service contracts, related budgets and tenant liaison to facilitate works.
This comprises various types of properties across the Client Account and support the Client Account teams in meeting their obligations under the Management agreement.
Responsibilities include special projects, inspections, mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems maintenance, cleaning & waste management, energy management, occupational health & safety management, supplier management, Emergency Response, capital works projects and financial management & reporting against agreed budgets.
An Overview of the role: Ability to work independently, prioritise works and good communication skills Passion for quality – has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services Self-motivated; confident & energetic Is a team player – able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations Current Drivers is Essential for the role Willingness to travel Experience with facility inspections Average understanding of financial impact of building concerns (expense and capital planning) Ability to work across multiple, matrix reporting environments and prioritise activities accordingly Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations Technical knowledge of building and requirements Strong communicator – Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills, also an active listener Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyse data Proven record of effectively using software applications Knowledge of basic business practices Any similar combination of education and experience Ability to lead a team to achieve the contract deliverable/KPIs Sound like you?
