This position calls for a highly skilled person to facilitate the delivery of the City's Facilities Management maintenance, minor works, goods and services contracts including contract and performance management of contractors and suppliers. You will also be required to facilitate the delivery of the preventative maintenance program as well as deliver the minor capital and maintenance projects.
