Position Overview: Yurra is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Karratha, Roebourne, and Wickham Facilities Maintenance teams, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion of all key maintenance indicators.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and allocate daily and weekly resources to meet client requirements Conduct weekly site inspections and uphold quality control across contracts Build and maintain effective relationships with client stakeholders Supervise and mentor team members in safety practices, quality control, and facilities maintenance techniques Assist with quotations for existing and prospective clients Promote a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and incident reporting Facilitate performance management and succession planning within the team Drive health and safety initiatives through regular tool-box meetings About You: Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning or landscaping with supervisory skills Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication abilities Customer-focused with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes C-class driver's license, Construction White Card, and National Police Clearance required Trade Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent experience preferred Relevant high-risk licenses, such as MSIC, pest management technician license, and Rio Tinto/Woodside inductions, are advantageous This is a locally based role; candidates must reside in the Karratha/Dampier/Wickham/Roebourne area. A local living subsidy is provided.
