About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Located in Osborne, SA and reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful person will bring their hands-on trade skills, along with their ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, to coordinate planned maintenance of ASC's assets across the ASC North site.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure Safety is the primary consideration for all maintenance works carried out on site.Coordinate all facilities maintenance tasks, CMMS Work Orders and Work Requests. Allocate Work Orders to ASC or contractor resources and monitor progress.Record the issue of Work Orders and measure and report on closing rates for all activities.Maintain currency and accuracy of Contractor Service Agreements.Engage contractors IAW ASC policies and processes.Conduct Facilities Department purchasing IAW ASC policies and processes.Use past experience and initiatives to identify and achieve efficiencies.About youA Trade qualification/certification within HVAC / Fire or relevant experience.Experience providing maintenance and repair support within a production environment.The ability to plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance activities and coordinate and manage Sub-Contractors.The motivation and enthusiasm to proactively work with a variety of Stakeholders and provide solutions to Facilities related problems.Advanced computer skills and experience working with IFS or related CMMS systems.Technical writing skills.A strong and influential commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.EligibilityThis role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
