About The Role The Facilities & Experience Coordinator role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Electrolux Experience Centre located in our Mascot office. As a positive and highly motivated individual, you will provide exceptional customer experiences, organise events, and oversee facilities support and administration to ensure site safety for our Mascot Office.
What You'll Do: You will be the face of Electrolux, attending to guests on arrival and no day or task will be the same as your role requires a blend of exceptional communication skills, event management expertise, and facilities coordination to ensure a seamless and engaging environment for internal and external customers:
Experience Centre Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for internal and external customers. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience for the Experience Centre. Manage inventory and display of our products, ensuring they are well-presented and functional. Event Management: Coordinate and manage events, workshops, and functions held at the Experience Centre. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and drive attendance. Ensure events run smoothly, from setup to closure, and address any issues that arise during the events. Site Safety: Work collaboratively with the WHS Committee to lead site safety initiatives to ensure a safe environment for our Mascot Office. Carry out regular safety inspections and audits, addressing any hazards or compliance issues. Assist with the implementation of related systems and processes. Conduct site and safety inductions for new employees at the Mascot site. Facilities & Administration Support: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the Mascot office and Experience Centre, ensuring all areas are in good condition. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs. Administrative tasks to support the Facilities team as needed. Who You Are Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally you have had some exposure to facilities administration/office administration, event coordination and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proactive - you are a self-starter and completer who takes responsibility for getting things done, on time and to a high quality. Trustworthy - you conduct yourself ethically and with integrity, always maintaining a strong moral compass. A communicator - you are an effective communicator engaging with all business partners. Focused - you appreciate and understand process and the project goals. Organised - you set the pace and the priorities, and then you bring a methodical approach to meeting goals.
