Facilities Coordinator

The Role Ventia are looking to engage an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team working on the Department of Transport contract. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage allocated on-site works to ensure maritime assets are properly maintained including wharfs, jetties, harbours, gardens and associated buildings.
You will need to plan reactive, programmed, and routine maintenance activities with both Ventia personnel and subcontractors as needed, as well as reporting, raising purchase orders and other coordinator activities.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday 07:00am-03:30pm (with some flexibility) and 1x RDO per month.
The payrate for this position is $46.62 per hour.
