The Opportunity The Facilities Coordinator is a key member of the Dexus Property Operations team.
The role will support the Facilities Manager and the wider Premises and Guest Relations Team to ensure a safe and positive workplace at Dexus head office. Liaising with service providers, vendors, and key building contacts and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the Back of House services.
Security: Manage security system and access cards, liaise with building management on building access provisioning, maintain CCTV.Maintenance: Oversee job requests, induct contractors, coordinate repairs, conduct site inspections.Mail & Print Services: Handle mail, courier processes, print requests, and business cards.Stock Control: Manage and audit consumables, liaise with vendors.WHS: Conduct site inspections, respond to incidents, manage first aiders and fire wardens.Sustainability: Support sustainability and waste campaigns.About You Demonstrated experience in Facilities roles, corporate environment preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Familiar with Security Access Systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong time management and task prioritization.Flexible, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.Why choose Dexus?
