Facilities Coordinator - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Location: Osborne, South Australia Eligibility: Australian Citizens Only About the Role:
BGIS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Osborne, South Australia, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing workflows, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys overseeing facilities management tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.Allocate and delegate work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contract requirements and KPIs.Act as the point of contact for tenants and clients, efficiently managing requests and maintaining strong communication channels.Monitor and verify invoices and records, ensuring Purchase Orders (POs) are accurate and up-to-date.Support and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with OHS standards and relevant documentation requirements.Skills and Experience: Experience in facilities coordination, building maintenance, or a related field.Knowledge of general building services and maintenance practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.Experience with CMMS systems is preferred.Why Join Us: Be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Work-life balance with flexible working hours.Employee recognition program.Paid parental and volunteer leave.$2000 employee referral bonus.Donation matching and much more!About BGIS:
