Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.Join the Property team as a Facilities Coordinator, responsible for managing facility maintenance requests in a timely manner and coordinating multiple subcontractors across Kieser's sites.Responsibilities include:Managing and coordinating all maintenance and repair activities for Kieser's clinicsSupporting the Senior Facilities Lead with tenders for planned maintenanceManaging work orders that arise from facility audits & assisting with standards improvementManaging essential maintenance work tied to risk mitigation (i.e. events)Building strong relationships with clinics and subcontractorsCoordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure that work is completed on time and within budgetCompleting general administration tasks and supporting the Property teamWorking with the Senior Facilities Lead to develop and implement preventative maintenance programsManaging the budget for facilities maintenance and repairsThis is a part-time role, 4 days per week, with approximate working hours from 9am to 3:30pm.Qualifications & CertificationsRequired:Minimum 3 years' experience in an equivalent roleKnowledge of operations, industry best practices, and legislative & regulatory requirements related to facilities managementWork Order management system knowledgeValid working rights in AustraliaTertiary education in Facilities Management or other Property Related course (desirable but not essential)Experience managing budgets and coordinating with vendors and contractorsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional BenefitsComplimentary access to our strength and conditioning facility + concessional fees for family membersComprehensive induction and ongoing professional developmentCareer pathways within Kieser1 day of Recharge Leave and a half day of Birthday LeaveAn unbeatable team culture, fun working environment, and social events12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carersUp to $1500 annual PD allowanceLeadership Program for aspiring leaders12-month program for New Graduate Physiotherapists (including 1:1 mentoring, monthly PD)Diversity & InclusionWe value inclusion and diversity and are committed to creating a safe, confident, and celebratory work environment.
