Selected Duties: Apply advanced theoretical and operational knowledge of capital works, infrastructure, facilities maintenance, and asset management to lead the department autonomously.Review and update Asset Management Policy and Framework. Develop and maintain an Asset Management Plan aligned with organisational strategy and needs.Lead long-term Master Planning for campus assets and infrastructure, ensuring strategic oversight for both new projects and future growth.Oversee the Enterprise Asset Management system implementation, leading change to integrate software and enhance asset management and lifecycle processes.Ensure top-quality infrastructure and services across all campuses. Manage service contracts for security, cleaning, and essential services, ensuring compliance.ABOUT YOUSkills & Experience Degree in Facility Management, Construction, Project Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in facilities and infrastructure management, including overseeing capital projects, managing budgets, and leading teams. Proven ability to work effectively in a senior management role.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to operate independently and make high-impact decisions.
