Parramatta $50PH + Super 3 Month Initial Contract About the Role: Our client is a Government body that plays a crucial role in regulations across the country.
They are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to assist in the management of a state-wide portfolio across Facilities Management and Fleet Management.
Responsibilities: Coordinate the national fleet, maintaining up-to-date vehicle documentation and certifications.
Manage repair approvals and work closely with maintenance providers for timely resolutions.
Facilitate accident claims with insurers and ensure prompt completion of repairs.
Support reporting on fleet metrics, including usage, fuel consumption, and expenditure.
Promote eco-friendly driving practices to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or fleet-related roles.
Demonstrated experience in streamlining administration processes to enhance governance and efficiency.
Experience within a regulatory environment is highly desirable.
Relevant qualifications in administration or business will be highly regarded.
