Facade Foreman

An opening in this top tier construction team is rare; it's a great opportunity for a Facade Foreman to join the country's biggest developer builder.Company:Intro Recruitment Solutions has a great opportunity for a Foreman to join the team in Ascot, delivering an ultra high end high rise residential construction project.This role will see you take control of the externals of the building as well as removal of the scaffold and then into the outdoor common areas of the project. You will have the support of another Structures Foreman and a Senior Site Manager above you. This is a full EBA project with a team full of Site and Project Engineers.It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to drive program and positive outcomes while leading the people and trades on site.This role will suit a Foreman who wants to work on larger projects in the EBA environment. Build quality is everything here.Role:The Foreman has the following specific areas of responsibility:Management of trades and subcontractors on site.Coordination of site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation.Implementation of OH&S policies.Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.Liaison with the team to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with the program.Short term programming.Provide site leadership and direction to fellow Foremen.Person:To be successful in this role, you will have:A stable career history within the construction industry.Structures experience is essential.Project experience over $30m.Foreman experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage.The ability to work to and meet deadlines.Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, and a high level of integrity.Supervisors licence.Here you will be recognised for your performance and you will receive an above market salary and be supported on site by other Foremen, Site/Project Engineers, Snr Site Manager, and Project Manager.To apply, please click the apply now button or email your CV to ****** or call Lyndon Hoffman on 0408 157 971 for more information.
