This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Business Development Manager who is a high-achiever committed to delivering exceptional solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Service Business Development Manager to help us expand our service offerings, build lasting client relationships, and drive new business opportunities in a dynamic and competitive market.

What you will do with us:
Maintain and develop customer relationships with existing and new customers.
Successfully network to discover new projects where our product solutions will meet customer requirements.
Respond to, and coordinate, tenders and quotations for targeted projects.
Continuously develop clients through new projects and solutions.
Maintain daily sales activities including quoting and responding to client enquiries.
Establish a system for identifying clients requiring Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA).
Ensure clients' KPIs and contractual requirements are met within the desired timeframe.
What you will bring to this role:
A highly motivated and enthusiastic personality.
Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experienced in working at different levels of organisations such as building managers, consultants, architects, and specifiers.
Proven record of accomplishment in managing relationships and closing negotiations.
A proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
