We are seeking a

sports enthusiast with a passion for F&B operations.

This is your chance to showcase your skills and grow into a Private and Exclusive Club Manager role, opening soon in the heart of Jakarta.

The club features extensive restaurant, bar, and event facilities, offering an exciting environment for a dynamic F&B Director.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, staff training, and development to ensure exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring top-notch service and seamless coordination.

Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Set high service benchmarks, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality across all outlets.

Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to optimise revenue and profitability across F&B operations.

Work closely with the events team to plan and execute private and club-hosted events, ensuring a premium guest experience.

Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and quality supply of products.

Ensure all F&B operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and seasonal menus that cater to members' preferences.

Support the Director in developing and executing strategic plans to enhance the club's F&B offerings.
