The role:Extend Hand and Upper Limb Rehab are offering an exciting opportunity to work in a hand therapy position that blends hand therapy with burns and scar management using state of the art equipment and emerging evidence based techniques for comprehensively treating scarring that if not treated adequately, can result in disabling, painful and functionally limiting scars. Patients can receive hand and scar therapy in one place, combining collaborative treatment with physiotherapy, pain management, podiatry and exercise physiology if required. Our referrals come from a diverse range of hand surgeons, GPs, insurers and other allied health practitioners.
The position is open to applicants looking for fulltime or part time work in the main hubs of Indooroopilly, Chermside and Mt Gravatt.
Full training will be provided.
