Expressions of Interest – Project Managers / Superintendents

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from highly skilled and safety-focused Project Managers & Superintendents with strong experience in an outage and/or project environment to join our team for what is shaping up to be a cracking 2025!
These positions will work closely with our clients, our leadership teams, and our outage/project workforce to ensure they are set up to succeed, where schedule is considered, and work is performed in a safe and reliable manner. These positions would see you work across various sites within Queensland with potentially long periods away from home during execution phases. These roles can be offered as casual or permanent depending on the role and the requirements and your preference.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical or Fabrication preferred
Project Management certification preferred but not essential
Demonstrated experience in a Project Manager or Superintendent role within a shutdown/outage or project environment
Demonstrated experience/understanding of Project Control principles – estimating, cost control, variations
Experience in critical path, schedules, workforce management & allocation
Experience in power stations and other heavy industry preferred
Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment
Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members
