This is your chance to step into the world of insurance, engage with industry experts, and gain hands-on experience in risk management and compliance.About the role:As a Risk and Compliance Graduate, you will be immersed in our Risk and Compliance operations, working closely with our team to support various projects, processes, and initiatives. You will learn about compliance obligations, risk assessment techniques, and how to implement policies that ensure our services meet regulatory standards.Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and practices. Supporting the entire complaints process, from acknowledging receipt to investigating and resolving issues. Engaging in risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to necessary regulations. Supporting the resolution of compliance-related inquiries or concerns raised by internal stakeholders. Conducting research on industry regulations and recommending adjustments to compliance frameworks. Collaborating with various teams to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness. Participating in training and workshops to enhance understanding of risk and compliance best practices. Minimum Requirements: Recent graduate with a degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. A strong interest in risk management, compliance, and the insurance industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week and a minimum of 2 days a week in the Sydney CBD office. Exciting and rewarding team culture.
