We're looking for a dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our superstar team based in Newcastle.
What you'll do Patient Hero: Prescribe personalised treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Data Dynamo: Track patient progress and outcomes, preparing detailed reports to share with relevant stakeholders. Referrer Engagement: Regularly meet with established referral network to grow referral volumes. Collaborator: Work closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team including specialists, GP's, vocational rehab, injury managers and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless operations and stellar patient care. What we're looking for Membership with ESSA as an AEP at the commencement of the position. Prior experience in compensable rehabilitation is preferred, but experience in Aged Care/NDIS or private clinics would also be advantageous.
