The Opportunity Conduct health and vocational assessments, and deliver evidence-based clinical interventionsProvide individual and group interventions, workplace services, health and wellbeing seminars, and telehealth servicesUse your discipline-specific skills to address health and vocational barriers, increase employability, and support sustained employmentSupport clients with a range of clinical presentations and psychosocial barriersParticipate in regular clinical supervision and training for professional developmentCollaborate with various stakeholders and employers to improve client outcomesProvide specialist services including manual handling training, ergonomic assessments, FCEs, pre-employment screens and workplace assessmentsAbout you Exercise Physiologist with ESSA membership or Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with AHPRA registrationExperience building work capacity or working in a return to work setting preferredStrong organisation and time management skillsProven ability to motivate and genuinely engage with peopleAbility to obtain a Blue Card and Police Check and MyIDDrivers licenceMore than just a salary!
