Executive Support Officer, Queensland Health The Executive Support Officer provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Board Chair, and general administrative support and coordination of the Board and Executive Office, the Board Secretary and the Office of the Chief Executive.
The Role
An opportunity has become available for an Executive Support Officer to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12,000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, documentation, minutes, and follow-up actions for board meetings and other high-level forums. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritising urgent matters and ensuring timely responses. Effectively provide diary management by negotiating a time-effective appointment schedule. Coordinate logistics for board meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, catering, and technical support, ensuring seamless event execution. About you
