#524733 Executive Support Assistant - Director of Nursing and Clinical Services Executive Office Calvary Mater Newcastle Permanent Part-Time Permanent Part-Time (24 hours per week).Salary Classification: Administration Officer Level 5 Year 1-2.Remuneration: $37.09 - $37.93 per hour, excluding superannuation.THE ROLE: The Executive Assistant is responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to providing executive assistance and high-level organisational and administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services, the wider Executive team, and is the key contact for Executive Recruitment.
The Executive Assistant will job share to support the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services. This is a dynamic permanent part-time position, offering 24 hours a week spread over 3 days. The successful applicant must be available on Monday and Friday, with the flexibility to choose the third day (Tuesday or Thursday).
