Executive Search Coordinator & Executive AssistantWe are seeking an Executive Search Coordinator & EA for a leading professional services firm in Sydney. In this key role, you'll enhance candidate and client experiences throughout the Executive Search process, oversee candidate journeys, collaborate with talent acquisition teams, and manage relationships with C-Suite executives. Your expertise in applicant tracking systems and reporting tools will help streamline operations. They are seeking an Executive Search Coordinator & Executive Assistant to enhance the candidate and client experience throughout the interview process.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and improve candidate and client experiences during the Executive Search lifecycle.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and Sourcers on recruitment initiatives.Partner with stakeholders to ensure an optimal colleague experience.Build strategic partnerships to enhance productivity among teams.Establish and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives and clients.Manage information in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).Develop Executive Search tools and documents, including candidate slates and Statements of Work.Create comprehensive reports in Excel and PowerPoint.Provide executive support to the Global Talent Acquisition Leader.What Makes You Stand Out:Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with PowerBI (desirable).Familiarity with Workday (desirable).Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Highly organised and detail-oriented.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What Our Client Offers:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A dynamic and inclusive work environment.If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, please submit your application.
