Executive Project Support Officer

Eden Ritchie is seeking an  Executive Project Support Officer to provide executive support services to the Chief Inspector, Petroleum and Gas Inspectorate, and project and administrative support to staff of the Office of the Chief Inspector.
2 month contract Brisbane CBD location As the Executive Project Support Officer, your key responsibilities will include: Manage the operation of the Office of the Chief Inspector ensuring that office procedures and systems are efficient, priorities are met, and deadlines are achieved.
Provide administrative project management support including confidential secretariat tasks, maintenance of electronic records, and preparation, coordination and review of departmental and ministerial briefing notes and correspondence.
Provide finance, procurement and human resources assistance to Office of the Chief Inspector staff as required.
Utilise skills in research, analysis and problem solving to provide advice to the project team and stakeholders.
Participate in the management of complaints and general enquiries processes.
Key knowledge and experience: Proficient use of Microsoft products including Dynamics, Lotus Notes, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, OneDrive, One-Note; enterprise systems such as SAP; other workflow and record management systems e.g.
MECS, eDocs.
Essential / desirable requirements: Experience in Government finance and procurement processes will be highly regarded.
Experience in executive and project support will be highly regarded.
Experience in travel planning, bookings and event management will be highly regarded.
