We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Executive Project Administrator to provide essential support to one of our Executive Leaders and their team.
This critical role requires exceptional organisational skills, proactive communication, and a results-oriented approach.

As an Executive Project Administrator, you will: Manage and prioritise all ELT/LT meetings with stakeholders both locally and internationally.
Draft high-quality communications, ensuring they reflect the Executive's style and align with Company standards.
Prepare and maintain PowerPoint and Excel templates for various reports and presentations.
Support the Executive with data analysis, providing insights for decision-making.
Maintain workforce planning data with accuracy for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Provide administrative assistance, including calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Raise and monitor Purchase Requisitions and liaise with Procurement for purchase orders.
Track and action daily tasks and delegated items, reporting status updates to the Executive.
Assist in project rollout and execution, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Enhance the overall employee experience in interactions with all internal stakeholders.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:    Proven experience as an Executive Project Administrator or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
A proactive, collaborative approach, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
The ability to manage both day to day operational activities and big picture thinking.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive data.
A can do attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Extensive experience with the MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
