The Opportunity Working closely with the Chief Consumer Officer and Chief Sales Officer, you will lead the alignment of People & Culture initiatives with the commercial needs of this dynamic service business. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with Centres of Expertise (CoE's):
You will streamline people and culture service and processes to drive business performance, balancing both strategic and operational priorities. Strategic Leadership:
Develop a forward-thinking vision for the sales and consumer divisions that aligns with broader organisational goals. Use insights and data to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives that align to business needs and inform a future fit operating model. Driven people & culture Initiatives:
Partner with CoEs to design people and culture strategies that elevate leadership capabilities, engage employees, and ensure alignment with investor priorities. Leadership & Team Development:
Inspire, motivate and coach leaders and teams through periods of change, creating an environment of accountability, continuous learning, and improvement. Influencing & Relationship Management:
Build trust with executives and stakeholders, using emotional intelligence and strong influencing skills to drive transformational initiatives. Sustainability:
Integrate economic, environmental, and societal factors into business practices, setting bold sustainability goals that support the broader success of the organisation and positively impact the community.
To Be Successful In this role, you will drive impactful business outcomes by leveraging strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will influence change, foster innovation, and develop long-term HR strategies, while building strong relationships and translating data into actionable insights to ensure alignment with overall business performance. Key capabilities required include:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Organisational Development. 5 years+ of people and culture leadership experience a track record of supporting success across sales and marketing functions. Robust understanding of IR/ER principles and the ability to shape organisational development strategies within complex regulatory environments. Track record in driving change management and enhancing employee experience. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executive teams.
