(HEO6) $86,360 - $93,285 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies. Continuing, full time position available immediately! Join the Risk Branch as an Executive Officer and provide high level administration and executive support to the Management team. Working under general direction, reporting to, and supporting the Chief Risk Officer(CRO), the Executive Officer is responsible for providing high level secretarial, administrative support, and manages the delivery of administrative support to the Management team of the Risk Services Branch.
The Executive Officer is also responsible for managing the relationships with Service Providers of the Branch and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This role is the first point of contact for the CRO and coordinates and contributes to the preparation of correspondence and papers, both internal and external, for the Office of the CRO.
To be successful you will need: Extensive experience in providing high level secretarial, administrative and executive support Well-developed interpersonal skills and oral communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people and cultures. Demonstrated ability to analyse data and relevant information and to produce high quality reports, memos and correspondence. Demonstrated commitment to a customer service culture. Demonstrated high level of organisational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines. This position requires a National Police Clearance.
