This role sits within our Commercial portfolio which comprises of Business Intelligence, Finance/Payroll, Governance, Information Technology and Marketing teams.
The Commercial team supports and partners with diverse areas of the College to deliver strategic and successful business outcomes.
About Your New RoleReporting to the Senior Academic Governance Advisor, the Executive Officer Governance and Risk provides essential support to Monash College's primary decision-making bodies including the Academic Board, Education and Training Committee and various sub-committees, panels, and boards.
In addition to providing Executive support, the role will assist the broader Governance and Risk team in a wide variety of tasks such as managing complaints, ombudsman cases, communications, research and data gathering.
About YouYou will be a naturally organised professional who has proven experience providing executive support including meeting scheduling, agenda coordination, chair briefings, collating and distributing papers and preparing all necessary documentation.
You will also have exposure managing and corresponding to in governance, compliance, audit, or risk and/or experience working in a regulated industry.
Your writing skills will be exceptional and you have the ability to research and interpret complex information.
Your previous experience working in the Education industry will be highly advantageous.
Your tertiary qualifications will also be recognised.
