About the Role: Feros Care is seeking an Executive Manager of Community Services to join our Executive Leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will drive strategic growth, spearhead innovation, and set new standards of excellence within our Community Services portfolio. Lead a diverse team of dedicated professionals and make a tangible difference in the lives of older Australians and individuals with disabilities.
Strategic Leadership: Drive Growth and Innovation: Lead the development and expansion of services to meet evolving community needs. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with our mission. Partnerships and Relationships: Establish and maintain strong sector partnerships and relationships. Organisational Growth: Provide strategic insights to drive organisational success. High-Performance Culture: Cultivate a values-driven culture focused on high performance and exceptional client experiences. Operational Leadership: Quality and Compliance: Ensure top-tier client services and financial sustainability, leading clinical and care governance within compliance frameworks. Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor senior leaders to achieve client, employee, and business objectives, fostering continuous improvement. Operational Excellence: Monitor service levels, quality standards, and client satisfaction, efficiently managing budgets and resources. Team Excellence: Drive team excellence through recruitment, orientation, professional development, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Diverse Teams You'll Lead: At Feros Care, you'll oversee a broad and dynamic range of teams, including:
Feros Central: The heart of our operations, ensuring seamless service delivery. Community Home Operations: Providing essential care and support to our clients in their homes. Clinical and Allied Health Team: Delivering high-quality healthcare and therapeutic services. Case Managers: Ensuring personalised care plans and support for our clients. Assistive Technology: Innovating and integrating technology to enhance client independence. Social Groups: Fostering community engagement and social inclusion for our clients. About You: You are a proven leader with experience in strategic and operational leadership, strong financial management skills, and excellent mentoring capabilities. Your commitment to continuous improvement, understanding compliance and governance frameworks, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities will drive success in this role. Additionally, you possess:
Tertiary qualification in Health or a related discipline. Minimum of five years experience in leadership roles within the community healthcare sector.
