To assist with meeting our impeccable standards, we are currently seeking a Full-Time Executive Housekeeper. This position is focused on maintaining a high standard of presentation across our 5-star standard property.
You'll spend time doing:
Promoting a positive and supportive team culture that empowers your team to be their best.Responsible for day-to-day leadership and supervision, providing support to ensure the department consistently exceeds expectations.Overseeing effective coordination and allocation of duties to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved.Attending and overseeing daily briefings to ensure all team members are aware of hotel activities including; VIPs in House, group movement, promotional activity, guest feedback, product knowledge.Liaising with our Front Office department to discuss and assess any incidents that have occurred and work that needs to be followed through.Ensuring the rooms are being released to Front Office in a timely manner.Ensuring there is an upkeep of all housekeeping operational equipment.Determining need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and liaising with engineering department to ensure required work is being completed on a timely basis.Maintaining an up-to-date guest history and ensuring the latest information is retained in the system.Facilitating first day induction of new staff.Providing training and mentoring to develop team members.Monitoring labour costs and productivity output according to occupancy levels.We're excited about you if you:
