The role: Join the Crown Melbourne Leadership Team as the Executive General Manager (EGM) of Food & Beverage (F&B). In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with executives to shape strategy, set financial goals, and define the culture. You'll lead the business unit with a focus on growth, exceptional guest experiences, and a positive, inclusive culture.
Oversee Crown's F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, events, conferences, and entertainment, as well as hospitality services at the VRC in Flemington.
Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing long-term growth strategies.Enhancing guest service and experiences.Leading a culture that reflects Crown's values.Making autonomous decisions on complex business issues.Innovating to create new growth opportunities.Increasing stakeholder value through new guest and employee experiences.About you: Extensive senior/general management experience in large International 5-star F&B/Hotels/Casino/Resorts.Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality/Commerce or a related discipline.Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and driving change initiatives.Demonstrated ability to advise and influence management and employees at all levels.Proven leadership in diverse and challenging environments, with a talent for leading people at all levels.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from us On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
